I was very impressed with all the staff at Robinson & Jackson. My property purchase was quite an awkward one in that the vendors sold the property before getting their affairs in order so the experience was extremely protracted and frustrating. The Robinson & Jackson guys kept me updated every step of the way and did all they could to move the process along and made a very frustrating sale bearable. Thanks guys.

We didn't sell our house with Robinson Jackson but came involved with Sharon in Belvedere because our buyer sold his house with them. Despite not directly being her client she was fantastic, helpful, supportive and understanding. Without her dedication in chasing agents and solicitors we would never have made the completion deadline. Unfortunately we sold our house with Ward and Partners in Barnhurst who were useless and in hindsight that proved a bad decision. Sell with Robinson Jackson! Robinson Jackson Belvedere is the best Estate agent I have ever come in contact with. They are passionate about what they do. I sold my property through them, I have never seen a team of dedicated workers in my life. What inspires me most, is the way the team works like a family. Jack manages the team well, George was fantastic, he assured me that my property would be sold, and it was sold in no time, Amanda too did her best. Sharon, the eloquent sales progressor is the strength of the branch. Sharon would never give up on anything, she would even push the other estate agents (if you are in a chain) to work as quickly as possible. I never leave reviews; however, I felt the need to say what a fabulous experience I had dealing with Andrew and Natalie in fact the whole team whilst selling my property, I am a lady in my late seventies so was fairly worried about going through this process, but everyone made it such an easy experience and always put my mind at rest. I particularly liked the advice they gave me right at the beginning of the process when people were putting in offers, Robinson Jackson told me when they felt I shouldn't jump to the first offer when they thought I could achieve more money, which I liked... Avoid! Bullish sales techniques.... weekly phone calls telling me my price needed dropping & that was why I wasn’t selling. Gave my property to Haarts to sell & 3 weeks later sale ageeed for £4,000 over my asking price. The brand is the only reason people will call these guys because there knowledge & customer service is beyond a joke.

Great saleman, awful estate agent This was our first time we had sold a property so when Matt came in with his Salesman approach of 'I know 200 people looking for a house like your's' I should have known it was too good to be true but anyway I still went with them. Considering they sold the property from new build, the plans they put on the website were wrong! They valued the property at £345k and to be fair to them the sales price was £327k however this was only after chasing them constantly to try and get a response about people who had been to see our house. It took nearly 2 and a half months and we hardly had any viewings. The company just didn't care about anything to do with the property as long as they sold it. Matt also gave us rubbish about 'you will have me as a point of contact', didn't hear from him again..... Once the house was sold officially I think in November we did not hear from Robinson and Jackson again until around Feb time, they gave us no updates on the sale, no information about how the chain was doing, nothing. We thought this all came through the solicitor until we received a call from Village Estates in Sidcup (for another part of the chain). Village Estates contacted us regularly with an update and gave us everything we needed. After receiving a call from the manager at R&J we were told in Feb that the lady dealing with our after sales was Jackie, to which we replied 'who?'. They were supposedly meant to have contacted us every week, given us updates, let us know how things were progressing but we'd had nothing. Still after everything we have only heard from the company once or twice since we have accepted the price. Be warned, if you want service don't go with Robinson And Jackson Swanley, incompetent, lazy, money grabbing salesmen. If you want your house only to be sold and you don't care about service, go to an online one. If you want to sell your house, constantly have to chase up your estate agent, pay over the odds in comparable to the service you get and then get absolutely no contact for months because they have got you an acceptable offer, go to Robinson & Jackson in Swanley, they would be perfect for you
