They maintained regular contact with updates once the sale had been agreed and ultimately achieved a very pleasing end result, especially amidst such difficult circumstances. GoogleSimply outstanding experience with the team. Sharon is an absolute asset to the team. I cannot recommend her highly enough . I will always come back to her! Nothing was a problem, went above and beyond on my behalf to get positive outcomes and generally cared about my family & I and the journey we were on. Seriously recommend!! Not to forget Jack & George, very helpful and supportive always had a basic understanding of my file and stepped in to support where needed and once again cared about me as a person. The team is unbelievably close they know each others clients so if one person is not there it is not an issue. Great team, great service, if your doing anything within property and you need support - you don’t need to look anywhere! Go and see the team in Belvedere. Thank you so much for everything. David

GoogleAfter dealing with the robinson jackson team in particular Stacey with regards to our current house move, Im pleased to give this 5 star review! Would give more stars if i could! I have been given all the help and guidanfe needed to make our move as smooth as possible (even in the midst of a pandemic!!) and Stacey has worked particularly hard to ensure everything has been done efficiently! Thankyou so much Stacey!

GoogleA naive and incompetent sales intermediary did not pass information from buyer to seller and lacked any brokerage skills. As a result, an information vacuum meant our seller pulled their property from the market for reasons that could have been avoided if they had only been made known to us. Truly shocking.

In the first instance Jay was so helpful and informative during our viewing and application process, and then Saphire was amazing throughout the sale itself in answering every question we had and reassuring us every step of the way. Neil started the process, then it was handed over to Margaret. I must say Margaret is exceptional. She went beyond her call to ensure that I was totally happy with the process and clarified any information and enquiries that needed attention. I couldn't have asked for a better team. GoogleThe branch at Swanscombe made the selling process a very pleasant experience. Mitchell was my first point of contact and his input was very professional and encouraging. Jordan came out to my property to start the process and again his professionalism was very welcome. Josh then took over and he was brilliant, his excellent interpersonal skills with myself and those viewing the property was refreshing. He will go a long way in the property business. Tracy then came in from the progression department. She was always bright and cheerful and worked hard to liaise with all parties. The whole process came to its final stage in record time.
