My two friends and I met with Anna in RSK initially who listened to our requirements. Although we thought our list was simple it turned out we had a lot of boxes to tick. Anna was so lovely to deal with. It was Zarq following Anna being away on leave that made us look at a recently viewed house with a whole different perspective and vision. He was very humble, easy to deal with and always answered our 101 questions. At the beginning, we were bounced around between various agents working at this branch and not being appropriately informed or our requests taken seriously. It took over two weeks from start to finish as the answer was always "I will call you back" and then they went home for the evening when we called back later in the afternoon. However, we have received outstanding service from Andrew, who took very good care of us and was able to help get everything over the line and was extremely helpful and even stayed later one evening to ensure we had the signed contract in place.

Use Ronan's team at RSK - _HIGHLY_ recommended! Ronan had far better local knowledge of what buyers were looking for than the other agents we tried. We were an overseas seller, so things were much harder, but the team kept plugging away. Minor difficulties with the buyer were treated exactly like that: minor! Eventualy, everything settled in a calm, professional and low-stress manner. The team is how Estate Agency _should_ be done. I have been a client at one of RSK's competitors for a couple of years now, but a close friend recommended RSK as a very professional and serious estate agent. Initially I was rather sceptical and concerned, but very pleasantly surprised by Rhiannon who understood my needs from day 1, identified the property and later conducted the whole process with extreme professionalism and dedication. Micaela and Andrew were also very kind, professional and helpful when they stepped in for Rihannon on her day off. Unfortunately half way through, the process turned out to be quite bumpy and upsetting. Things got very messy when RSK's reference and background check partner company, started their process. They were excruciatingly slow, unprofessional and personally offensive. They definitely do not live up to RSK's professional standards. Rather a shame for such a serious and professional company with amazing professionals like Rhiannon who was the actual reason for not having given up.
