Before deciding who to sell my flat with I had 8 valuations from the major estate agents in Ealing. From the beginning Kealey Hodge the manager at RSK Ealing stood out. Kealey was positive and complementary about my property. She was very knowledgeable about properties in the area and was able to show me multiple examples of similar properties on the market and recently sold. Kealey gave a fair estimate on the value of my flat and was honest about the current market status and what I should expect to achieve. Kealey was able to paint a really clear picture of her team and the people that would be working on the sale of my flat, they sounded like, and were, an excellent fit for me. Kealey wasn't pushy like other companies had been and for me there was no question that RSK Ealing would be the best company to sell my flat. The system for viewings very very clear and straight forward. The team were very flexible around my schedule and were excellent with dealing with my large dog, who was home alone for most of the viewings. Kealey showed me some great properties, considering my needs fully and all within budget, rather than wasting time looking at places that would stretch my budget or places that wouldn't work for my needs. Kealey is really knowledgeable about Ealing and the housing market, she gave me brilliant advice. Kealey worked really hard with my solicitors and made sure that problems were solved as quickly as possible. She helped me with documents and went well above her role in supporting the buying/selling chain. My flat ended up selling within a few months and was under offer after the first viewing. This was due to Kealey knowing her customers and showing the right properties to the right people. I was initially worried about paying commission and wondered about companies like Purple Bricks, which seemed like they would be a lot cheaper, but I feel that Kealey and her team 100% deserved the commission and were worth every penny. I cannot fault the service that I recieved from Kealey and her team. If you are looking to buy or sell in Ealing I recommend that you contact RSK to support you with that. Kealey goes above and beyond, she works increadibly hard and has a great team behind her. Moving home can feel very stressful but Kealey made it very simple and spending time with her was always a pleasure. It has actually been fun selling my flat with her, which I never expected! Thank you Kealey, you were amazing from day one and I am very grateful for everything that you have done for me! Thank you to your team too, Bianca was also brilliant and the renting team who also helped when that would never have been expected!
