A job well done. The team was attentive, proactive and extremely hard working. They just sold my elderly parents home in Hanwell. This was a huge move for them as they had lived here for 64 years. As my mother is hard of hearing they also regularly came around to update her on the process in person. We were holding off the move for so many years as it is such a daunting process, especially for my parents. But you all worked around the clock to make it as easy as possible and I cannot thank you enough.

Very poor experience with RSK Hanwell. Agent didn’t turn up to booked appointment. Called the office and the agent in question answered. He acknowledged he had “forgotten” about the appointment. Said he was an “idiot” himself and said he would be with us within minutes. 15 minutes later he showed up. No apology offered other than telling his iPhone to “shut up”. Had zero knowledge of the area and property. After 10 minutes, while viewing the property, he rushed me and said he had another appointment. (?) I reminded him about his -poor- timekeeping but he still said he had to go. We were not interested in the property anyway. (Very profesional) I then emailed the agent asking for the branch managers details to share our feedback - from this experience. The agent had simply ignored the request (which I’ve chased twice now). Unfortunately, RSK Hanwell gets a poor rating/review based on my experience with this so called agent.

Hello. I have dealt with Robertson Smith and Kempson for years and have always been happy with the combination of down to earth and professional approach throughout the quite often traumatic buying and selling procedure. I've been working with Zak from RSK. I have dabbled with multiple other agents in Hanwell to find my new home, however they didn't even come close to his very bespoke and quality personal service. He made such an effort to find exactly what I was looking for without being pushy like other agents at other agencies. He found select properties and laid out a really well pin pointed set of properties for me. The only estate agent who has actually listened to what I specifically wanted, no quibble. Best of all, being a working professional person myself, he was always available, even after work hours up til about 6pm. Cannot recommend him enough. You won't be disappointed! Thanks again Zak!

Worked hard to get the price I wanted for selling my property in Greenford. Amar was great and Zak seems to genuinely care about his clients' happiness. He remembered things I had mentioned off hand and was repeating them to potential buyers, really didn't think he'd remember them as I only mentioned them once and they sell so many properties. Jonathan is a great negotiator which perhaps worked to my detriment in their fee but I expect was more than covered by the price they got me for the property. Room for improvement on the logistics side maybe. They were patient when I said I couldn't drop the price to the level they suggested and worked with integrity to get me the price I needed. Would use again for selling in Greenford or Hanwell!

5 stars does not do these incredible agents justice for the work they put into selling my house. I was under offer within 2 weeks for a price higher than what some agents even valued the property for! Zak Jonathan and Sara were fantastic from start to end, couldn’t recommend enough. Albeit a “higher fee”, the sold price achieved was substantially more than what the other cheap frill agents wanted to even start marketing at. Highly recommend!
