GoogleThe worst experience I have ever had is, all the promises before moving in was lie. They just want to collect their commission and then withdraw from the deal. We was agreed a painting and profissional cleaning for the property and they confirmed that they submet the request to the landlord. When i moved in nothing have been done, the landlord said no one informed him about the paint or tbe cleaning. I called the agent again and simply they said we canot do anything because we didnt manage the property. Very bad customer service even doesnt worth one star, really disappointed.

GoogleRude and incredibly unprofessional. I just called the Acton office and spoke to Jack because I wanted to view a house they have listed on rightmove for sale. The agent, without checking whether the house was available, immediately asked whether I was registered, and as I was not, wanted to register my details. I stated that I don't want to register unless I know the house is still available. The agent then said, "ok in that case, thank you" and promptly hung up the phone. Have never spoken to any estate agent that is so rude and unprofessional. I called back to request to speak to the manager, and Jack claimed to be the branch manager, and stated that he doesn't see any reason why I would not want to register if I am motivated. Doesn't seem to understand people's right to their private information, i.e. if an agent does not have the property a customer is after, the customer may not wanting to leave their personal information. If you want to be treated respectfully as a buyer, avoid this agent.
