As first time buyers, we successfully purchased a house that was listed with RSK around the lockdown period. Having had a couple of offers fallen through; we had a lot of experience with other local estate agents. What differentiated RSK in this successful sale was a professional and responsible approach throughout: from the viewings; dealing with the offer process; and managing the communication with the sellers. From the perspective of the buyer, It was very clear what was required from us and the associated timelines. We had a number of queries about the property over the course the sale and was reassured by the excellent responsiveness of the team including Kerry and Ronan. Our sale got delayed due to lockdown but communication was maintained and we found Ronan's pragmatism and calm approach to be helpful in managing the inevitable last minute issues that arose and ensuring we as the buyers collectively worked together with the sellers. This was particularly impressive given the highly unusual circumstances given the lockdown and we appreciated the role RSK played.
