Reeta assisted us in our property search. It helped us in understanding the London rental market and types of properties as we just moved here and house hunting was overwhelming. She asked right questions that helped us figure out the deal breaking factors, preferences, etc, that saved us time. She kept in touch and regularly shared videos and requested feedback on properties and accordingly assisted us to get to the right choice. I have couple of properties in London and I have dealt with many estate agents in the past. Some are more pushy than others. The experience with RSKS and specially Reeta Sisodiya was very different. Reeta has handled the letting of my property as if it was her own . I am currently far away from London and I was very worried with all the certificates, inspections, check-in, cleaning tasks that needs to be done, certainly during this difficult COVID situation. She was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and went way way above her limits to get all in order and on time. I was hesitant to go with RSK initially as their commission was a bit higher than others. If I knew that the service would be of such high standards as the ones provided by Reeta. I would not have hesitated for a second. Reeta makes you feel that your property is well looked after and is in very safe hands!!! at the end, this is what every landlord wants..... Full disclosure, I have never met Reeta in person and not connected (Directly or indirectly) to her or to RSK in any shape of form.
