GoogleI have never ever met such a horrible and unprofessional, cold and rude estate agent. Sona made the whole experience so terrible for me and my friend. Firstly she was late, didn’t care that she was late, did not even give me the information I asked for- just in general did not engage at all. I wasted my time here and she is definitely ruining the companies reputation.

GoogleI can't fault the work of Kealey at RSK throughout the process of buying our house in Ealing. The seller was based overseas during Covid times which introduced a lot more complexity and necessitated a lot of acting as the "middle man". Kealey was always available and responded very quickly every time. Even when she was on the phone her colleagues passed on the message and she called back straight away.
