Very happy with the service provided by Han and Molly when we were looking to rent a property in the Ealing area. We were shown a house we liked on the first viewing and we were able to get the ball rolling quickly. This was by far the easiest house move I have ever done, and I've moved 4 times in the West London area since 2012. I was quite surprised with the 5 star level service, we received. Little did we realise we would find a great place to stay. As some of the other places we went to were not as great in regards to the experience. We met Han for a viewing one evening, and he was really helpful, understanding and patient & of course a warm person. He followed things through, and was available to answer even some of our ridiculous questions. I would highly recommend the service and especially Han. We spoke to other support staff at the office over the phone and they were really helpful as well. They take their time to understand your needs and give you the realistic idea to work towards choosing a suitable place based on your budget, and we really appreciated this aspect. The process was really smooth, and they even negotiated our requests with the Landlord. The overall experience was really amazing from contacting, to meeting with Han and viewing the place to the finalization of the tenancy deal, and following up.
