Managing the “Best & Final Bid” process, swiftly ratifying references, executing contracts and thereafter professionally managing deep clean, inventory and key handover all achieved within a week of the viewing. Before putting an offer in, I was shown around several properties by Ethan. He was always on tine and knew the answer to all our questions. I really appreciated his friendliness and attitude. We've just sold our property with RSK Acton and it's been a good experience from the start. Professional, knowledgeable and approachable director (Toby) explained their process and justified the valuation in a convincing manner. He was also really helpful (and patient) with the questions I had later in the process, including those about my purchase (that they were not dealing with). The manager (Carla) was also very helpful, responsive and that's having her hands full with exceptionally problematic solicitors on the buyer's side.

They have indeed excelled from the beginning to the end. I thank them for their dedication and contributions regarding the initial marketing presentation, through to viewings and also in identifying suitable interested buyers. Even during the legal process they were always on hand to help and assist. Finally, RSK were available to record the closing utility meter readings on the day of completion. GoogleRSK approached me by letter having seen within 12 hours that another agency had posted our flat on Zoopla. Usually I wouldn’t respond to that kind of approach but on this occasion I decided we had nothing to lose. It was a very good job I did as RSK were absolutely excellent. Pro-active, dynamic, professional, friendly - and very efficient. They had organised six visits within the first three days (before our preferred agency had even got (Inferior) photos up online. And one of those visits converted into what looks like excellent tenants. All was checked, signed and moved in within ten days. Thanks to him we sold our house despite there being a Party Wall complication, which normally would put off most buyers! He was very clear and honest with the prospective buyers throughout and this ensured a smooth sale process. Terrible experience, they showed us a place and we gave offer of the asking price, then tried to trick us on raising the price by saying someone else has also placed and offer. As we refused they said the landlord did not accept our offer but see the same place ad online again in even lower price that we offered.

I had heard wild stories about agents, but RSK actually helped make our house search much easier; our agent Angelina K was professional, friendly and super helpful. My flatmate and I had communicated our budget which most people had said was unrealistic, but she was able to find something for us, called us as soon as it got under her radar, was flexible enough to accommodate us viewing the property at short notice, kept us in the loop all through, and despite other (more) competitive offers to the landlord, somehow helped us secure the flat!
