I was satisfied at the beginning but not at the end. Had terrible experience in the flat I rented 14 park road with my landlord as well. They take the deposit and at the end of tenancy they try to deduct money and you have to chase everyone. And be transferred multiple times no one can just update you. The lady in management tram was not very nice as well. I don't recommend this agency to anyone honestly.

We bought a property from RSK April 2020, we knew that with the Stamp Duty holiday closing in we were operating on a really tight schedule. Marc who was our contact point with the seller went above and beyond to make sure things progressed quite smoothly. We were first time buyers and had no clue on the process looked like. But again, Marc make sure to guide us at every step of the way. In the end, we managed to complete the property 2 days (!!!!) before the Stamp Duty holiday ended and it was all thanks to Marc due dilligence. We have recently moved into a beautiful new flat, due to coronavirus we were unable to view it in person however RSK were really accommodating and provided us with virtual viewings and videos. Liam was really helpful and sorted everything out for us, we had full trust in him that the flat was right for us despite never viewing before we moved in!
