Dreadful. Can’t understand all the 5 star reviews. Are they real? I notice many are one review only and suspicious. They lie and are completely without morals and ethics. They have preyed on an elderly couple despite knowing that they are vulnerable. I have had to intervene and Dominick the so called manager refuses to take calls and emails. I have had to instruct lawyers to get our keys back. Awful awful company. You have been warned 8 April This dreadful company will not stop emailing and threatening us. It amazes me that these guys can continue in business the way they act with their sellers. Beware they use investors to drive the price down. They have continues to refuse to return the keys. I am taking legal action.

RSK Altin, Reena, Sona and Molly worked hard for me found tenants for my flat at very short notice. they arranged lots of viewings and it meant that I didn’t have to worry about it being empty. Altin in the rental team is great, really friendly chap and very helpful throughout the whole process. Reena is very sweet and helpful, certainly putting landlords that care at ease. Would not recommend. Terrible experience so far. The reference checks were not ready by the move-in date and they wouldn't give us the keys, even though we already payed the full deposit + 1st month rent and signed the contracts. They kept us waiting literally from 10AM untill 15 min before they closed their office (18:45), while we had our luggage in front of the house. The house was left in a bad condition, they did not throw out any of the materials left from the workers and generally it didn't look like it was professionally cleaned at all (like we agreed). They probably have an answer for everything listed above, but honestly, this has been by far the worst experience I've had while moving houses.
