Carla has been amazing helping us buy our first flat. Hello, we are a French family with two children who moved over London in August 2022 (yes it took us a while to post the comment, too busy with the move 😊). Looking for a property to rent we did connect with most of the agencies in the area and although with did not end up finding a property with RSK we would definitely recommend the agency. Never make a decision on price!

Lack customer service skills

I am writing my review here because at no point in my dealings with RS&K have they requested any direct feedback from me about their service. I hope this feedback is useful for them, as I think there are no major issues, just below average customer service. I am a property investor and was looking for a house to purchase. Recommendations:1. When qualifying a potential buyer, take the time to really understand them and their requirements, rather than just quickly booking them in for the property they have enquired about. Don't just scratch the surface but ask more questions to get the full picture. 2. When speaking on the phone, don't rush people off as if you're in a hurry, make them feel like you're listening and have the time for them. 3. When sending emails with property options, make sure they fit within the criteria4. When sending emails, don't put the words "as discussed" when we have never discussed those things5. Make sure that you are aware of the access arrangements ahead of time to ensure we can get into the property6. Make sure that you are booking people in to see the correct property - if there are two properties available on the same road, make sure you are showing the correct one7. When showing a property, be prepared with the relevant information, especially when you know it's an investor looking for a buy to rent, it would be prudent to have more information about the rental market in the area. If the property was rented previously or is currently let, have this rental information to hand.

I am a tenant that lives in a flat the landlord is trying to sell. The agency is trying to sell the property and scheduling the viewings since August. And since August we have viewings everyday (except Sundays) some of them announced, some unannounced. Me and my flat mate have emailed both Carla and Cameron from Acton branch but they do not seem to get it right. Not to mention that Carla doesn’t even reply to emails. I have emailed her asking for an email to complain to somebody more senior since they can’t get it right but never got a reply ( hence my review maybe I can get a contact person). Agents showing announced with clients on a Saturday at 10:30am (today) even though we said we can do only between 1pm-3pm on Saturday but anytime on a weekday. We have been more than flexible as it seems they can’t seem to sell the flat even though they had more than 30-40 viewings in 8 weeks. And in this 4 weeks not only they had visited the flat without our consent but they also locked incorrectly the door and after an exhausting day at work I had to wait another 2h for a locksmith to open the door. Not to mention that they do the viewings and leave the lights on and FLAT DOOR open. I need an email/ form how to formally complain as the situation has become ridiculous. I will leave a review on every single site possible if the situation is not getting solved. The Property Ombudsman will be the next step.
