GoogleExtremely poor customer service, did not accept the errors they made. We were incorrectly advised by their estate agents for around 2 months about our contract and ended up signing something completely different to what we were promised. Overall very let down by their service, I had to call them to try to organise anything and never got any correspondence back. When I did, it was a different person each time, and no communication between the team as they all said different things.

GoogleEd was incredibly helpful with our slightly complicated situation, and kept us informed at every stage. It ended up not working out due to other issues but Ed was great at trying to help us get these resolved and gave us lots of really helpful advice. We'll definitely be looking at RSK next time we move!
