God awful experience booking a viewing with these people. My family and I turned up on time for a viewing. The agent wasn’t there. We rang RSK, Mikayla answered, she attempted to call the agent to no avail. We were then told to just knock on the door and somebody would show us around. We knocked, they said they won’t show us around. Abhorrent experience, Micaela Tong whom we spoke to on the phone was completely unapologetic and suffered from disgusting customer service. A waste of petrol, journeyed over an hour to view a property that we weren’t able to see in the end. Nightmare. Micaela Tong seriously needs retraining, ideally a different job.

Ethan and Jonathan were very organised and helped us get from offer to completion in a record time in order to meet our mortgage deadline. They helped us chase all parties in which is ordinarily a very slow process to boost efficiency all round and used their in depth knowledge of the process to help new newbies navigate their first property purchase! This would have been a 5* review if we had more communication/transparency during the offer process however this may have been due to the jubilee bank holiday weekend and multiple counter-parties asking for updates at a very tense time for all. In the end, we purchased our dream house and have two very helpful and knowledgable estate agents to thank! I would recommend RSK for people looking for houses in Hanwell / West Ealing as they always also had the best selection.

From the very first property viewing Danielle Routledge gave me and my wife first class customer service. Whenever I had a question she was always on hand to answer, I always felt valued and not ‘just another viewer’, but she also knew when to give me space to be able to take in the property for myself (which is something not enough estate agents do btw). RSK has managed the rental of my late Aunt's apartment since 2010. Generally speaking the quality of the service has been excellent.
