Maria, has helped me with several issues with my rental property in Brentford Dock which I have been letting out with RSK since 2009. One particular issue springs to mind, I have an issue with my rental property since approx 1995. The vendors of the freehold refuse to accept liability for any damage even thou they paint the ceiling when I complain (only as a goodwill gesture). I have had their RICS certified Surveyor backing up the freeholder it’s not our fault. When Shaz left the agency I was then passed on to Maria. After some time a 3 monthly inspection took place and the Tennant complained again about water entering the ceiling of the property. Maria mentioned this to me, and I informed her of the past trials and tribulations of 25 years ongoing saga with the freeholder. Maria informed me “leave it with me I get it fixed for you”, I laughed yea right. So here we are 6 months later the property is now as good as new with no complaints from the tenant on the last two inspections. Thank you Maria I am endlessly grateful for all the hard work / knowledge / expertise you have shown in resolving my many issues. 5/5 is not good enough for you keep up the good work

Disgusting, didn't even apologise for making us, a family, Homeless. We were led on all the way of more money to pay, Advance rent payed, Deposit payed, agreement signed, then wanted 6 months advance, to then wanting full term, who would have 3 years rent in advance of 52'000. RSK are a disgrace and have heard its happening to many other people. They should be shut down from business.
