There are many letting agents to choose from in Ealing, RSK is the only one I would use and recommend without reservation. Michael & Shaniyah were professional, helpful, always approachable and quick to answer any questions. I say this after having an awful stressful experience with a large London wide (over 30 branches) Ealing agent who is too big to care once you’ve signed contracts. My advice is always go to a local independent agent like RSK.

This is an unusual review but read on. I was in Ealing visiting my dad at his care home. About to start the train journey home, I realised my mobile phone wasn't in my bag. Hoping I'd left it at the carehome I popped into RS&K to see if they would call the home to check for me. Gina Cannon could not have been more understanding and helpful. It's a small thing but acts of kindness are so rare these days and I very much appreciated her willingness to assist me find my phone. If I was looking to rent a flat in Ealing, Gina has a good heart and I'd definitely want her helping me. Thanks again.

The worst experience of my life. We are a family recently moved from Spain, we found a wonderful house advertised by RSK Ealing agents, and after saying yes it all turned into a nightmare. Their staff insisted and urged us to pay the full deposit immediately and sign the contract within 24 hours after we paid the booking fee. After a week waiting for the contract to be returned with all the signatures, and several emails asking about the delay in receiving it, the owner decided to back up and refused to sign the contract. From that moment it took us 1 MONTH to recover the money (not all of them since currency exchange rates applied, although the cancellation of the contract was not our fault). Communication was always murky, the agent did not follow the regular property rental process, avoiding answering relevant questions via email, and what's more, we never got a clear reason why our money was being held all this time, or information . about where it was saved. Their lack of professionalism was visible throughout the process. I have lived in several countries and different continents, and this is the first time that I have come across a so-called "well-known" firm acting as perfect scammers. My experience was absolutely disappointing and I would never recommend their services.

While I don't ever leave reviews for letting agencies, here goes - While we have been in contact with RS&K for a while, no other agent has been as accomodating as Usmaan, he has been exceptional and willing to go that extra mile and out of his way to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible, he is the only agent at the moment who really seems to be making an effort to help us find a place we really like. While we haven't found one yet, for once, with Usmaan, it seems possible. Thanks RS&K and big thanks to Usmaan.

Gina is a one of the best agents out there. She went above-and-beyond for my wife and I in seeking just-the-right flat to let. She cared deeply about finding a situation that worked with our immigration status and flat wants.
