Hello Angelina, Thank you for the quick of this afternoon. I know you were rushing dealing other clients. I am so sorry that I missed the opportunity of those flats that you had available. Now I am feeling very regretful, because it was clearly the best opportunity for me to pick one if them so I can move in by the 10th or so of September 2023. I should not have listened to my mum in the first place. Especially after you explained to me that sharing with others would a very bad idea as suggested by my mum. I suppose that my mum suggesting that was coming from a good place, but she would not have understand the true reality in practice. So please I am willing to go back to my original idea to look for my own one bedroom flat. So please let me know as soon something comes up. So I can move in even before the 10th of September 2023. Yes Angelina, what i said as compliments are very true about your personality, I am very sure, that, you may have noticed yourself the way most of your clients relate to you. Mainly because of the way they feel that you understand them, and taking their requests into consideration. And also of the way you approach your work compassion. Which explains why clients who call your office tend to ask to speak to you mostly, compared to your other colleagues. They may be good too, but your personality and the way your approach your job with client does make a difference indeed. Thank you again and do have a good evening. Robertson Smith & Kempson were great when it came to selling my flat. The team were extremely efficient and accommodating at getting all of the presale paperwork etc. done and similarly when it came to the viewings. They sold the flat quickly and the communications regarding this were always very good. Unfortunately sorting out the contract took rather longer than any of us wanted (not RS&Ks fault), but nevertheless they were very supportive and helpful though this time, keeping things moving... If I need to sell a property in Acton again RS&K would be my first port of call.

Carla conducted our first viewing, introducing us to the idea of owning our own home, and gave us our last viewing on the property that we completed on yesterday. Throughout the process of searching for a property she was attentive to our needs, supportive and good fun to be around. Once we were under offer Carla updated us frequently on what was required, and how far away we were. As first time buyers we were a little unsteady in what we needed to do and what the processes were, but at all times we could count on Carla to help and guide us to getting the deal done. Had a great experience talking with Joe in lettings.
