A very pleasant and articulate individual and we would definitely recommend her. We didn't close any property with them so wouldn't be able to comment on the end to end experience. Typically, I’m not the guy to come to message boards & write reviews. But, in this case, I had to make the exception and let others know what a great experience I’ve had with RSK Tenancy Management. I recently took over property ownership from my mother, who worked with RSK Management for several years & was very satisfied with them. RSK have made this whole transaction very seamless & straightforward. Many things needed to be done, still working on a few, but the experienced team at RSK coordinated, and organized everything that needed to be done, i.e. Licensing, EICR etc. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a sharp, super smart, young gentleman at RSK, named Bailey M., wise beyond his years! RSK have been keen to market my 2 bed flat for sometime. Having given them the opportunity, they visited the property and saw past the damage caused by previous tenants. With my promise of refurbishment, they quickly found a quality tenant at a good rental and kept the communication flow going with said tenant as my return slipped, still keeping the tenant interested. So far, the tenant has been in 5 days, and I will update further on property management at a later date. I was working as a proxy for some friends of mine who have a 3 month assignment in London. They live in California and have a toddler, so I had a very specific list of requirements. RSK actually reached out to us having heard through someone about our requirements. Luckily they had just the property.
