GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. Had a horrible experience buying a house which was listed by RSK. Ally Mirhashem is an unethical estate agent. We were told we were in a contract race. When it got to the day of exchanging contracts, we found out in the morning by our seller that it's not happening as there's an issue above the chain. We spent all day trying to contact Ally as shes' our estate agent. She did not call us back or provide any sort of update. We finally got an update around 5pm from our sellers. Got through to Ally and instead of being apologetic, she spoke to us with an attitude and mentioned the sellers already called us so we're in the loop. Turns out estate agents were just playing a game the whole time trying to secure their commission. No consideration for playing with people's lives. We had given notice to our flat which we were renting thinking we will be buying this house to only find out the chain above us weren't even aware of our offer and there was never a contract race. Anyway due to mine and my partner's efforts, we got this over the line with NO help from RSK at all. We basically won them their commission whilst Ally was away on holiday. Did she come back and even thank us for the getting the house sold she's been trying to sell for the past year - ofcourse not. Avoid Ally at all costs.

Maria has been my property manager for over four years and I find her friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble I am sure she is happy to contact me with any news about my property. As a landlord that lives far away from my property I am confident that it is left in her very capable hands and as the offices are close to my Property I am sure this helps Maria to keep on top of any issues. Due diligence was crucial when I chose RSK to be my letting agent Maria hasn’t let me down yet. Does Maria have time for me? Yes. Does Maria fill me with confidence? Yes.When i first handed over the keys to my property, Maria made me feel confident with her excellent local knowledge and contacts. Not all letting agents are equal but Maria has dealt effectively / decisively and characteristically with all my needs for the property to date, from dealing with leaky taps to boilers not working, I cannot thank her enough, communicating exactly what the Issue is and even finding local resources to fix the issue. As already stated I am 250 miles away and rely totally on her knowledgeable judgement, which I am happy to do, time has taught me it is the best way especially with current litigation and changing rules every week. Maria has always got the right tenants for me. Maria takes excellent care of any maintenance / property issues that have arisen.RSK have always pay my rental money on time.Sent from my iPhone

We are newly wed and wanted to find a nice home for us which he has been greatly helping us to find. He understood what our requirements are and the type of home we need and has found us some great properties. I had bad experience with this letting agency (Acton branch), just waste of time. After the viewing of the property I was trying to make an offer. The agent requested the offer details on the phone, not even sending any application form to complete. At the end she requested for my bank card details with security code. I refused to provide this information as I feel uncomfortable sharing this details over the phone with the agent. I was trying to make an offer, it wasn't even reviewed and accepted yet. So why do I need to provide my bank card details straight away??? I tried to have further communication via email explaining my position and that I am happy to make a payment of the holding deposit to the bank account that they provide as soon as my offer is accepted. But they refused to pass my offer to the landlord. I doubt this agency is professional one if they treat their applicants like this. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. The last message I received from them is quoted below,"...As I mentioned in my previous email we would not formalise your offer without card details as we need to ensure our client is protected by serious applicants.The reason for taking card details is to show our client your commitment, without card details unfortunately we see applicants as not being fully committed. and makes us look extremely unprofessional if applicants offer on a property we go ahead and work tirelessly to get below asking price offers when we return back to applicants they have either changed their mind or no longer interested which unfortunately puts us in a difficult position.If in future you wish to proceed with renting any of our flats we would need card details or some form of financial commitment, alternatively in future you can transfer the holding deposit in our account and should your offer not get accepted in the future we would return your holding deposit in full if an offer is accepted this would contribute to one months rent in advance and 5 weeks deposit..."
