I recently had the pleasure of finding a flat with Ruxana and Gina. Ruxana was incredibly understanding, patient and welcoming. No matter how many questions I had, she never made me feel embarrassed or overwhelmed. Very professional bunch at RSK. They did their best to line up visits and close on offers made - sometimes going beyond the stated mandate to help us with potential closures. Special shout-out to Usmaan who kept a hawk eye on pet friendly properties for us and would line up viewings as soon as properties came on the market. We have been working with RSK Ealing and particularly with Usman Wahid since we moved back from Canada in September 2023. Usman was very attentive to what we needed as a family and kept everything within the budget parameters we set. We had regular phone calls with regards to the property we needed and specifically the location. Usman listened and delivered. Soon we will be renting in the exact location we wanted, the right size apartment and most importantly at the lower end of our budget. I strongly recommend RSK Ealing and the whole team there, as there is great communication between colleagues and we were never bothered with anything not related to what we were looking for.
