We have been relentlessly trying to contact RSK for information regarding the unexplained and (we believe) unlawful retention of our deposit for over a month and haven't had a single reply. On the rare occasion that our phone calls DO get answered, we have been told to call back and talk to somebody else because the employee we have reached has no idea about the situation or given information in direct contradiction to the information we have received from our landlord.
