My partner and I are about to move into a rental home, with the help of Gina Cannon at RSK Ealing. From our initial viewings (for which Gina curated a whole evening of property viewings that fit our criteria), to the entire referencing/contracting process, Gina has been extremely professional and helpful. She has been upfront about the process, and makes sure to check in with us at frequent intervals, to offer her support and advice. At a time when the rental market has been in a frenzy, and I am sure Gina is very busy, she always dedicated time to answer our questions calmly and patiently. Even when she was unavailable, she made sure to get back to us, whenever we had questions. Highly recommend going to RSK Ealing, and asking for Gina, if you are looking for a new home -, I know we will be if we move any time in the future! :-)

I am a brain injured tenant living in a flat managed by RSK. 5 days ago my radiator had a leak that I was unaware of until my neighbour contacted me to say the leak was showing on his ceiling. Then 5 days later an inside door to my son’s bedroom had locked itself with myself or my son unable to open the door due to a faulty door mechanism. The immediate reaction and support from Rianna and her team without any standstill time, provided for me an Over & Above level of service & support that would have caused me a lot of anxiety as a brain injured person would feel. Joe O'Keeffe has been an exceptional lettings consultant from the start!
He’s been proactive with the handling of my rental application and consistently professional with his attitude. I really appreciated that he was always available and easy to get hold of by email or by phone, especially when an urgent inquiry or a concern arose. (sorry for all the phone calls!) Joe is a cheerful and kind person to speak with, and his approach definitely made the whole process less dull and less stressful.
He didn’t fail to deliver at any instance and it was a great pleasure communicating with him and his colleagues - amongst which Andre Da Silva who was also very accommodating and adept in getting my offer accepted. I contacted RSK, in search of a Studio/1-Bed Flat around the Ealing Area, and I found Zarq extremely helpful. At one point, I got frustrated that I was not given the house keys (as the deposit payment was not completed yet), and I sent a rude e-mail to Zarq/RSK. They handled the matter very professionally & they explained that they were trying to assist me etc In summary, I succeeded in renting the Studio Flat that they offered me. This is the worst agency I have ever known in my life. We rented a flat in W3 7RR, and the agency did not check the flat conditions before we moved in. Even though they have told us it would go through a small refurbishment, such as painting and sink replacement, we found a flat completely destroyed, broken, and dirty. We had to move days after expected. During your rental, we had problems with the landlady that ghosted us, and the agency did nothing to help. Additionally, for several months we were charged to pay the rent before the due date. Very annoying. I do not recommend its services. There are plenty of other with more professional and respectful practices.
