From the moment I began my property search within the area the experience with RSK has been outstanding. The rental market can be quite a nerve wracking place but the insightful and proactive help from the team especially Duncan made a usually stressful experience as simple and easy as possible. Great property agency. Very quick to act and show me round suitable properties with courtesy and efficiency. Also very responsive and efficient in sorting out the negotiations and proceed to acceptance. I’m adding to this review immediately above that I gave over 2 years ago when I first moved in. We have since vacated our tenancy and I would like to add that RSK Ealing Broadway went over and beyond giving us some vital post tenancy service for with they did simply out of kindness. Ishaan was brilliant! I had mad a long journey for a house viewing but we weren't able to gain access. However wven though we ran into trouble with the viewing, Ishaan was able to quickly sort out a few nearby viewings and show me around the area. Ishaan gave me some advice on navigating my move and provided me with some knowledge on tennancy agreements that I wasn't aware of. He also gave me a lift back to the station, great service from him. Would recommend!

I was going through a very tough time but you were patient and your words of encouragement went a long way - thank you. What started out as a straight forward…

What started out as a straight forward sale sadly turned sour. Not the fault of RS&K but the buyer dropped out a fair way into the sale.However, what came after was by turns pushy and unpleasant behaviour. When I decided to put the flat back out to rent, a potential buyer appeared very late in the day and after telling RS&K not to go ahead with a viewing, they did so anyway. The following Monday I was love bombed with how much the viewer wanted the property, would deposit a £15k non returnable deposit (turns out with his solicitor not mine) and an increase in price. The buyer had a bit of paper from a Mortgage broker and 2 flats to rent out before anything meaningful could take place, this would have taken months which I was not willing to gamble on.The email I received warning me that I would 'regret' my actions in the months to come was ridiculous. Do they have a crystal ball?When we tried to get the keys back from them they were no help at all. A representative from the managing agents who contacted them had the phone put down on her. They couldn’t be bothered to return them or pop them in an envelope. She had to collect them herself.Not a great experience.
