We have had a great experience working with Anjali at RSK to rent a two bed property in West London. Anjali has been very flexible with arranging booking times and was able to schedule two seperate viewings since we weren't both able to make the same slot. Beyond that, we have had a great experience with securing an offer, placing a holding deposit and signing contracts for the property. Having worked with a lot of estate agents (large and small) in the area trying to secure a property I would definitely recommend RSK as an agency to consider.

Viewed a property to rent through RSK which I liked and wanted to go ahead with the process to let the property. I was told to call into the office and go through the questions over the phone which I did. I called back later that day to see if the landlord accepted the offer I was told someone will call you back but never did, I then called again unfortunately through to the same woman who again said someone would call me back and shock no one did. After being fobbed of my partner called in and was told numerous excuses to why they didn’t have an answer and then again told that Duncan would call back but never did. So I would highly not recommend this estate agent if it’s this difficult at this early stage I’d dread to think what it’s like further down the line in regards to a healthy tenant relationship.
