GoogleI recently rent a flat through Robertson Smith & Kempson in Acton. Lara-Rose Elsi was a joy to work with and I was very pleased with her service. Lara is very professional and reliable - the whole process was incredibly smooth, she was responsive and always there to support and provide great advice & guidance. She is a proficient communicator that could actively listen to the clients and understand the requirements and act as a great intermediary to get the best deals for both parties. In addition, she also went the extra mile to help me finding a parking space in the area, which was not part of her job and I truly appreciated her initiative & assistance! The overall renting experience was great, and I highly recommend Lara as your next letting agent.

GoogleIt has been a pleasure to work with James Merceron. I had the privilege of viewing property with James and I was most impressed with his knowledge and his professional and friendly style of communication. It is so good to work with a professional that makes sure to fully understand exactly what their customer wants. On our first viewing, I had many questions to ask James. He took note of each and every detail I wanted to know, from land registry, Stamp Duty, to boilers in the house. As some of the questions we had asked needed further research, after our viewing James came back to me with answers on each and every detail and made sure to check with me that I felt confident with the new information. As I was very interested in the property we had viewed, I asked James to arrange a second viewing for my daughter to visit the property. James was very generous with his time, made changes to his schedule to accommodate my daughter’s work schedule, so he could accompany us again on the very same day. James is, no doubt, a real estate professional that you want to work with. One that goes the extra mile for his customers. I can not thank James enough for all that he is doing for us on our journey to our new home.
