If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely do not trust this letting agency with your money as a tenant! They will blackmail you over the phone and do not reply to queries. They do not care of the state of house. Just money hungry!! Update December 2024: After taking our deposit dispute to the TDS for adjudication we won our dispute and received £1100 of the £1200 in dispute. I really would not touch this lettings agency with a barge pole for the continuous false promises and lack of professionalism given to us.

The service is in general is good but also flawed when we received unstamped letters encouraging us to sell our house even though we had already listed. Our agent Selina tried her best to keep us informed about the chain of settlements and the impact to our sale. We were only interested in our sale so did not really care on what was the problem with the other chains. Selina was at all times courteous and tried her best to keep us informed but we often felt that this sales process in the UK is archaic and not conducive to move often when you need clarity on your position and exchange date.

It was a great experience viewing rental properties with Ahmed. He paid a lot of attention to my needs and preferences, as well as my budget, and answered all the questions I had. Communication was very timely, but he also respected the times I stated I was busy at work and could not talk/reply. Definitely quite different from some other quite pushy agents. Ahmed came across as very genuine and trying his best to help. Contacted the office to request a sales valuation which was arranged by Selina Singh. The valuation was attended, but I never received contact after that. I have now instructed another agent to sell my property Update 15/11: Received a call from the Valuer who was in shock that they had receivd a one star review as this was the first time it had happened to her. Offered me a case of wine which I declined. Update 20/11: Was just called by the office asking if I wished to have my property valued! Clearly something not right at this office.
