GoogleA huge thank you to Asim Hussain, without whom this sale would not have progressed to a meaningful conclusion. As a result of Asim's tenacity, determination and willingness to 'go the extra mile' he managed to get the sale to exchange of contracts. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Asim, who remained in very regular communication, particularly once the sale had been agreed. Excellent work and thank you again.

Overall experience: RSK didn't have a handle on my sale, misled both the buyer and I by saying that the sale was going to fall through on numerous occasions, provided wrong advice on issues such as increased stamp duty and generally didn't manage the sale well at all. I took matters into my own hands and contacted the buyer directly who was extremely amiable and we got the sale over the line without RSK's support. I tried to ask for a reduction in the commission as the sale would have fallen through due to their terrible management of the sale and was initially offered nothing and then offered a gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill. At this point, I wanted to end my communication with RSK as I had such a terrible experience. I have brought and sold a few properties and even brought with RSK in 2013, but I won't be going back to them after this experience. If you're selling a leasehold property, don't sell through RSK.

GoogleI worked closely with Milad and Jourdan for a property that I wanted to get into. I had a very short time period to move out of my old place and they worked very fast and had everything sorted for me in about 3 days. Although, I eventually did not get into the property, I was really pleased with the high level of service they provided.
