GoogleI received excellent service from all the staff at the Birkenshaw branch and in particular from Tabby. Tabby was friendly, helpful and professional, did most of the viewings at my property, had exceptional negotiating skills and kept me informed about the chain on a weekly basis. I have no hesitation in recommending Robert Watts Estate Agents and would use them again should I choose to move again.

GoogleI sold my property through Robert Watts Wibsey branch and was very happy with the service I received. Their customer service is brilliant and they really fight your corner with negotiations. Amelia dealt with the sale of my property and really went above and beyond her role for me as my buyers were not the easiest and their solicitors were also not the best. Amelia also got thanks from our solicitor for the help that Amelia provided to get this property to completion. Amelia is just amazing and would highly recommend her. Thanks Amelia once again for all your help you deserve a salary increase. Paula

GoogleI would highly recommend Robert Watts estate agents. I bought my first house through them and have just sold through them as the experience was so good the first time round. The sale wasn't exactly a smooth process (flippin' solicitors!), but the team at Robert Watts were fantastic from beginning to end. I was kept informed throughout all stages of my sale, and really felt like the ladies in the office always acted in the best interest of myself and my buyer. Thank you to all involved!

GoogleCouldn’t speak highly enough of Robert Watts, especially Angela who we were dealing with. Our house got put up for sale and within a couple of days we had full asking price offered and had sold the house. Lots of communication throughout which made it a very simple and smooth process.
