GoogleMany years ago sold our house through Birkenshaw Office and was highly satisfied with service provided. When daughter asked for my advice on who to use for selling her house some years ago I recommended Robert Watts and she proceeded to a fast and speedy sale from Cleckheaton Office. She has since used them again to purchase her present property and I was involved in this transaction with her. The service by friendly efficient staff she received was again first class. Highly recommend this friendly family business.

GoogleI have both bought and sold properties through Robert Watts, both the Cleckheaton and the Birkenshaw offices and on each occasion i received brilliant service. I found the staff in both offices really helpful, they kept me updated with each sale and i was given good property advice when i needed it.I found both offices courteous, professional and easy to deal with and more importantly got the sale done in an effective way. James and John who run the offices were outstanding and could not have done any more in order to help me and give me advice. I would highly recommend Robert Watts whether buying or Selling your property. Thank You Mark

GoogleI have dealt with the Cleckheaton and Birkenshaw offices and staff at both are very professional and friendly. My recent purchase was not a straightforward one but all the staff , Nicky in particular, were patient and knowledgeable. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

GoogleI find the staff very rude when speaking to to customers. Customer services goes a long way but in this case its non existence. I'm a recruiter so I undestand how working well with people goes a long way and Robert Watts could learn from some customer service training.

GoogleI rented a property for over 8 years, which was left in immaculate condition on the 24th July 2019. Passed all the checks no problem. But I have not received my bond due to Robert Watts not being able to determine that no rent is owed, because they have changed their systems 3 times according to Hillary the manager. We provided evidence of payment on the 12th August. Hillary advised us that they would need to check with the accountants. I have called a number of times and its always the same answer the accounts are still checking it. As it stands I am still waiting for clarification, with no clear date given. I have now had confirmation that my bond will be released in 5 days time from DPS and an apology from Hillary for the time it took for the accounts to verify my payments. October the 4th.
