From valuation through to completion the service was professional and friendly. I received weekly updates and more information from Rebecca and the team than I did from the solicitor. Thank you for making what was an emotional process a lot easier.

Dear Mr Watts.... you have replied to my google review .... 'Leslie sorry you had some issues but you can't actually book a viewing direct through our website and all requests go direct to the office. Can we help you re-book something? ' I do understand that a direct booking cant be made via the website BUT... Your website clearly invites you to 'arrange a viewing' and details are required to do so....name e mail telephone number etc.... I completed the details on a Friday evening.... yet no one contacted me for days .... i didn't want to knock on the door of the house.... i tried to follow protocols..... by Wednesday i was getting worried that you may have overlooked my request to arrange a viewing...so i rang your office and guess what the house in question had been sold just 24 hours earlier.... my request was made the day that the "for-sale sign" went up....and was ignored by your office. this is clearly not a great service for any of your customers..... and not the first time i have experienced this issue with Robert Watts. i am not impressed at all.

We would however always urge interested parties to call us as we have a 24 hour call answering service so we will always get back to you.

After 33 years living happily at our home in East Bierley we decided to ‘make that change’ and put our house up for sale. Robert Watts Estate Agents have an excellent reputation in our area and we had no hesitation in appointing them as our agent. John, Rebecca and Tabby provided us with outstanding support and service and we cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough (its a shame we cannot enthuse in the same way about our solicitor). From the outset, Rebecca and Tabby kept in touch with us with the latest information and updates as they received them - that ‘comfort’ was invaluable because, its never an easy process selling your house. Sadly, Google reviews only offer the chance to rate 5 stars maximum .. as we wanted to give them 10. Robert Watts Estate Agents = professionalism, experience and care for their customers and we would not hesitate to recommend their services.

During what has been an extremely difficult period in my life, I found them very friendly and professional at all times. I recently bought a property that Robert Watts were selling. They have been nothing but helpful and professional throughout the whole purchase journey. Replying to my emails in a quick manner and answering any issues or queries I had efficiently. They were able to provide real time updates from their vendor and vendors Solicitors. Special mention to Rebecca & Tabby who have dealt with the majority of my purchase. But also Angela who helped secure my offer at the very beginning. Although I didn't nominate Robert Watts as my estate agent. If I ever do decide to move again I would not think twice about choosing them to market my property purely based on the level of service I have received. Had an absolutely fantastic experience selling my first property with the Birkenshaw Robert Watts team! John And all the girls in the office are always friendly, polite, professional and responsive. When selling my property I received a weekly update on where we were in the process meaning I never had to chase, this was really reassuring when doing it all for the first time. I can honestly say that I would recommend them to anyone.
