Always had records and emails of rent for the accounts sent in good time.
They were then instructed to assist in selling the property. Which was done with due diligence and a good price. I never had any issues with them.
I would recommend Robert Watts for renting or selling.

GoogleWould definitely recommend Robert Watts Estate Agents in Cleckheaton for any local residential property sale, especially Jenny who managed the transaction over the 10 months from start to finish. This was not a straightforward transaction and firstly we must compliment Jenny on the management of prospective purchasers especially in the early stages.
Once a genuine sale was identified, the process (often convoluted thanks mainly to what seemed unnecessary legal delays) was managed efficiently until eventual completion.
Have not been in involved in any property sale for many years and it does seem that nowadays the process is unnecessarily complex however Jenny managed to keep on top of things throughout, applying appropriate levels of pressure where needed.
