Reasonably priced local estate agent. Good knowledge of selling process and quick to respond to queries. Only downside is they have a lot of properties on their books so from a marketing point of view when potential buyers called through to the branch the staff have hundreds of properties to potentially sell. Friendly service. Average photos and descriptions of property.

I am pleased that you appreciate the level of extensive experience we have here at Highfield Road, which is something we are very proud of and essential to ensure the transaction goes along smoothly. It is a fair point you make regarding the number of properties available, however there has been a trend recently both locally and nationally towards less properties on the market. All our clients are assured of the best service via their own dedicated experienced sales negotiator, irrespective of the number of properties available which ensures a personal and friendly service, which is a corner stone of our business.
