GoogleI can't recommend Robert Watts Estate Agents highly enough. We've just sold a property with them with minimum stress and lots of support throughout. Moreover, viewings, followed by offers, began happening just a couple of days after the property went on the market and it was sold, subject to contract well within the first month.Tabby, Rebecca and Liz at the Birkenshaw office took care of everything and kept us fully informed at every turn. Their approach is proactive; we never had to chase them for anything. Our property was empty but Tabby ensured the terms of our insurance were fulfilled and also arranged final meter readings. Head and shoulders above agents we've used in the past.

Our main aim is try and make selling houses a stress free as possible in the quickest time possible and we so pleased Tabby, Rebecca and Liz could help achieve this. GoogleRobert Watts are a First Class estate agent. They kept us informed and up to date all the way throughout the house buying process. Tabby the sales progresser, was helpful and friendly and always called back, when she said she would. (A minor miracle, in today's world. ) Highly recommend!!

GoogleWhat a lovely family run owned business from the agent viewing the house to getting the keys I was in good hands I met Carly who looked after me throughout the process of buying my house, no question was to much to answer, always got back to me through email or phone call if she wasn’t available and gave me great advice .
