Having had trouble with getting any information or moving things forward from both the buyers and my solicitors, I would have felt completely frustrated were it not for Nicola and the other members of staff at Robert Watts at Five Lane Ends, Bradford. They chased matters up and kept both the buyer and me up to date throughout the sale of our house.

The service provided was of a high quality from start to finish. The valuation was fair and meant we sold within a very short time frame. Communication between us and Watts was clear and timely. Advice given was helpful and staff were always polite. The positive experience made the whole process less stressful. Thank you again

After viewing a property which was not for us, we were contact a week later with the perfect home. We were kept upto date from offer to completion. Pam is lovely and will do everything and more to keep the process running smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Sold our house within 10 days of it going on the market. Great first visit from John who took a lot of time to get the photos and layout right. Really supportive and knowledgeable. The team managed the offer process so well, increasing the initial offer by 20k. Good weekly progress reports. If ever you think of doing this yourself for less trust me when I say using an estate agent like Robert Watts is worth every penny. They got us a great deal, managed the process so smoothly and we ended up with a much improved asking price offer through their expertise. Can't recommend Robert Watts highly enough.

I recently purchased a property through Robert Watts and was extremely surprised by the service and the helpful nature of Pam in particular who assisted in the negotiation of the sales. Estate agents seem to have particular reputation but i found this to be absolutely not the case during this purchase. Would highly recommend them.

I have recently used this agent to sell two properties, both were sold within a few days. All the staff were very helpful and assisted me in all aspects of the sales. This included obtaining services from other agencies and also being a good link between myself and the purchasers. My last sale was managed by Jayne Gallagher who was, despite my inability to remember her name on more than one occasion, always helpful, informative, pleasant and courteous. I would recommend Robert Watts Wibsey, and especially Lucy Golton ( who valued my properties ) and Jayne to anyone seeking an Estate Agent..

Robert Watts have successfully let my property for four years with each tenant staying for 12 months. They contacted me when necessary. They were amazing at the end of each tenant leaving and a new tenant coming in doing all the work. Excellent service all round. Starting with a detailed and realistic valuation followed by a steady stream of interested viewers. Offers were made quickly and realistically and we were kept up date on a regular basis even after the sale was agreed by the excellent Nicola Astley who helped us complete a smooth and hassle free sale. The entire process was handled in a very professional manner from start to finish and we felt that we were being looked after by very experienced staff who really cared about providing us with best experience possible.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to both Jayne and Julie for helping me through the sale of Beckhill which I bought as a buy to let property. There were a few hick ups a long te way bu both Jayne and Julie were constantly on the ball chasing it and getting i across the line, so I really appreciate all they did for me.
