GoogleGreat experience, my sale with another agent fell through three days before I was due to go on holiday. I was able to hand Robert Watts the keys and they sorted everything out for me, including all the post sale chase ups. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Robert Watts in Cleckheaton. House moving is so stressful but I found Jenny really helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. The sale took around 5 months & Jenny did lots more chasing around than either solicitors! I would use them in the future!
Great review thank you Amy. You’re absolutely right that moving can be stressful but we’re so pleased Jen was on hand to help. We do spend most of our day chasing solicitors but we feel it is the only way to get sales through. Good luck going forward and thanks for using us.

GoogleEven if selling house was stressful time, cuz buyers and their solicitors were very difficult to work with, thanks to robert watts team i always felt listened and taken cared of. Very helpful and understanding. responding to every issue i've had.
You are so correct Igor that it can be stressful when certain parties in the transaction are not helpful but we do feel communication is vital and it’s always great to hear when we’ve done a good job. Thanks for instructing us and good look with your future plans.

GoogleAlmost all of our dealings with Robert Watts estate agents were with the brilliant Jenny Flavell, who always made a huge effort to answer our questions and make contact with our buyer’s solicitor and indeed our buyer themselves. Jenny went way and beyond what we could have hoped for and was, in our opinion, instrumental in getting the sale completed. We will actually miss our chats and interactions with Jenny, who truly is an incredible asset to the Robert Watts organisation.
