Woking Office Shona West managed and project managed a very substantial and complicated home flood insurance claim , which took 9 months to complete. She consistently addressed and followed up with Insurers and communicated and appraised us of progress. Her suppliers were excellent as was the main contractor Westworks and team, who put the house back together. We have worked with Shona for the past 5 years who has delivered outstanding service for which we are most grateful. Within two weeks of completion of all works, Shona and her team successfully secured a new tenant on a 3 year lease, which is incredible. Many thanks to Shona West and the Woking team. I implore all potential renters to steer clear of this agency, as they have demonstrated a complete disregard for basic living standards and tenant welfare. From the moment I stepped into the property, it became evident that Waterfalls Woking's definition of "furnished" was nothing short of a cruel joke. The furniture provided was beyond salvageable, with broken legs on chairs, wobbly and unstable tables, and mattresses that were not only uncomfortable but also shockingly stained with what appeared to be blood. It was an unsanitary and repugnant discovery that left me feeling violated and disgusted. As if the deplorable furnishings weren't enough, the entire property was riddled with extensive mold infestation. The sight and smell of mold spores infiltrated every nook and cranny, posing a severe health hazard and creating an environment that was not only unpleasant but also potentially dangerous. Waterfalls Woking's complete lack of maintenance and neglect in addressing this critical issue is a clear display of their indifference towards tenant safety and well-being. Furthermore, the carpets in the property were beyond redemption. Deeply embedded dirt, stains, and filth covered every inch, making them unsightly and unsanitary. It was evident that Waterfalls Woking had neglected any form of cleaning or maintenance, leaving tenants to endure an environment that was not only visually repulsive but also a breeding ground for bacteria and allergens. To compound the horrors, the broken door latch not only compromised the security of the property but also exposed tenants to potential dangers. Waterfalls Woking's failure to address this fundamental security flaw showcases their utter disregard for the safety and peace of mind of their residents. When I brought these distressing concerns to Waterfalls Woking's attention, their response was shockingly dismissive and nonchalant. They refused to take responsibility for their deceitful practices, demonstrating a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Their unethical conduct and lack of integrity are a clear indication that they prioritize profits over providing a habitable and safe living environment. In conclusion, I strongly caution all prospective renters or buyers against engaging with Waterfalls Woking. Their deceptive practices, unsanitary conditions, and negligent maintenance make them unworthy of any tenant's trust. Seek out reputable and ethical rental agencies that prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their tenants. Waterfalls Woking's furnished property rental was nothing short of a horrifying nightmare, and it is my sincere hope that others can avoid the distress and disappointment that comes with their deplorable services. This review is for Nisha Mazhar specifically! We’ve been at our rented flat for almost 3 years and have raise numerous complaints to the previous property managers with very little action every being taken. One ongoing issue was of a silverfish infestation that was present before we moved onto the property. Nisha has gone above and beyond since taking over the property manager duties and organised the issue to be handled as soon as we raised it to her, even going so far as to mention some home remedy options that we could implement whilst we waited for the pest control appointment. We’ve dealt with around 5 property managers in our time here, but Nisha has been the only employee that has taken the time and initiative to respond to our concerns with understanding and efficiency. She is an absolute asset to this company and has single-handedly restored our faith in Waterfalls as a company, which was lost due to the previous property managers’ poor handling of communication and complaints. A huge thank you to Nisha for her dedication and hard work!

Even though I recently moved to the UK thus no idea about the rules and process for renting staff, Sue from Waterfalls in Woking took care of me and family great and really appreciated for her professionalism, patience and endless support. She helped us in every steps of the Rental process by explaining each steps very carefully. Also, she answered my all questions as well as she was reachable and responsive even her time-off. Nisha from Woking Office helped us a lot regarding the documentation and relations with the landlord. Even all people in the office were very friendly and helpful when I stopped by. To Sum up, I am so happy to work with Waterfalls because they are so helpful, honest and professional. Extra thanks for Sue because we could not have done many things without her help. Most ignorant and casual agents I have ever seen! We saw some apartments with them and were very keen to pursue one of them. We made them an offer the following day and tried to talk to them to discuss on the rent amount. We had to chase them for 3 days but still have no firm response till date. Clearly left hanging with no feedback at all. No response to calls, emails, messages. Most annoying and frustrating experiences ever had.

One of the worst agency experience ever! We viewed a couple of apartments with Sterling on Tuesday evening at 6 PM. Next morning we emailed them our offer at 9:00 AM. Kept following up with them for half a day to get an answer we have not seen the offer as we have been very busy. After they saw the offer, they said they will talk to the owners and come back to us. They knew that we wanted to close this quickly and were evaluating this vs. another property which was our second preference. Whole of that day and even the next day, the associates kept ignoring our calls. I got a message back saying he would call me back soon, but that soon never happened as well. We were just trying to revise our offer but they never wanted to talk. We were told the owner is overseas and is not replying, but then clearly treated us super badly, we would never recommend this office to anyone else. You have 2-3 other agencies just down the road, you are better off going there. At-least we can assure you would be treated with respect and you wont feel ignored.
