GoogleWe are currently renting a lovely flat with Stirling, and the process has been completely smooth and stress free. Whenever we have a query relating to any property issues, we are promptly answered or directed to the correct place, and the service provided by Stirling has been fantastic, Darcey in particular has been a wonderful agent and very helpful from showing the flat, to helping out with queries. She is very personable and has a great sense for people, honest and approachable. The renting process itself was a breeze, and Stirling were accommodating when it came to us having to adjust a few things, such as move in date. The portal for renting & technology used for referencing was easy to navigate and speedy. All in all a great experience and the Sunbury branch comes highly recommended from us. Thanks guys! C & G

GoogleI have had the pleasure of working with Sterling Ackroyd for both finding a rental property and more recently, purchasing my own apartment. I cannot fault the service that sales team provided! A huge special thanks to Joe who showed me around many different places and was always available to help. If I called and he wasn't in, he would always call me back. An honourable mention to Terry who managed to get me a lower offer price eventhough the seller was reluctant, that small difference made a huge help, I really appreciate it. Thank you sales team for making my first time buyer experience as great as possible!
