I recently rented out my home and received a very professional service from this company. Katie and Megan were not only professional but also approachable, patient and understanding which is just what i needed as I have not rented my property before and they helped enormously with explaining all the procedures. I highly recommend this company. Recently my property manager changed to Marc Twinberrow and I have received excellent service from this gentleman, he is quick to respond with any queries I may have and is patient when I don’t understand things concerning my statements! I have also been encouraged to contact him with any other concerns in the future. I highly recommend his service.

We are currently renting a lovely flat with Stirling, and the process has been completely smooth and stress free. Whenever we have a query relating to any property issues, we are promptly answered or directed to the correct place, and the service provided by Stirling has been fantastic, Darcey in particular has been a wonderful agent and very helpful from showing the flat, to helping out with queries. She is very personable and has a great sense for people, honest and approachable. The renting process itself was a breeze, and Stirling were accommodating when it came to us having to adjust a few things, such as move in date. A huge special thanks to Joe who showed me around many different places and was always available to help. If I called and he wasn't in, he would always call me back. Extremely unprofessional experience. After 7 months of ending our tenancy, we are suddenly being chased for additional payments that were never mentioned at the time or in any of the multiple emails we exchanged. Despite repeatedly reaching out back then to clarify matters, there was zero response. Now, long after we have vacated, and with several tenants no longer even in the country, this is being brought up out of nowhere. To make matters worse, the landlord and agency demanded an unreasonable amount of money immediately after we moved out and even went as far as threatening legal action. This felt completely inappropriate and unnecessarily aggressive. We paid our rent on time throughout and fulfilled all our contractual obligations. The poor communication, delayed claims, and overall handling of this situation have been incredibly frustrating. Please never rent with them. The worst experience.
