He sold the house for full price twice within 24 hours of going up for sale. The first buyer did not make the Stamp Duty Holiday deadline, so got another buyer without any trouble within 24 hours. Dealing with Townends in Sunbury is pure pleasure, professional, clear in communication. I can't recommend Townends in Sunbury enough - and specifically Nadine and Katie. Having rented many times, I've found that letting agents (unsurprisingly) vary a fair degree in quality, and would place Townends at the top. Nadine and Katie went significantly above and beyond: unfailingly cheerful, polite and helpful, and their attention to detail was first rate. Moreover they were happy to organise repeat visits to the house, and advised regular updates throughout the letting process. I hope my words do justice to what Katie and Nadine have done for me. I have dealt with many agencies during my search for a new home, so I can say with great confidence Katie and her team are in a league of their own. Townends referencing process is strict which gives landlords like myself peace of mind. I had previously had an awful experience with one of their competitors, not naming names, across the road with awful tenants costing me a lot of money to evict them.
