GoogleWaterfalls have been amazing throughout the purchase of a property in Woking. The service I received at every stage was professional but personal, a noticeable difference from other local agents. Anna Doyle was outstanding throughout the whole process, fantastic communication and excellent responsiveness, I cannot thank her enough. I would not hesitate to recommend Waterfalls to anyone in the area and will definitely be using them again when the time comes to sell!

GoogleWe received a brilliant service throughout with Waterfalls, we were buyers of a property listed with them, Anna and the team were professional and supportive from the first viewings right through to completion. Would fully recommend to anyone in the area as the service they provide to prospective buyers was unrivalled compared to many others which does make a big difference in what can be a very difficult process. I hope not to move for a long time but when I do Waterfalls will certainly be my first call!

GoogleLettings team are slow, weren't helpful and I had to find out our offer wasn't going to be expected by noticing it said let agreed the day before they cancelled a viewing and told me, without even any sort of apology. Unprofessional; if given the choice I would go with another agent.

GoogleRenters be careful, they will not let to you unless you have a employment contract clearly stating that you are FULL TIMER or if you pay 6 months in advance. Any other contract is accepted as zero income. Absolute disappointment. Especially "Assistant Manager" telling people there is nothing else Renters can do. Conveniently the manager is away.
