GoogleWe had a great experience with Sterling Ackroyd, Staines branch. Kieran and Callum were extremely helpful and gave us great advice and support when we needed it after a failed attempt to sell our property with a different estate agent. A previous potential buyer did actually put an offer in on our home from the previous estate agent after swapping over to Sterling Ackroyd however in the short time they had our house on the market they were very professional and lined up many viewings. Id highly recommend using this team who were very understanding of our situation. Thank you so much Kieran and Callum!

GoogleMoved from Ireland to Woking last month. Max at Woking townends was so helpful from start to finish with helping me and my partner find the right home at the right price. Due to sorting the rented property from outside the country during COVID, Max gave us many pictures and videos and reassured us of the quality of the lease. He assisted us throughout the referral process and had the property ready for us upon arrival. Max and the rest of the team at Townends (Rich and Zac) helped us in the final stages of getting the property as well as moving our bags with us to the new lease. GoogleI approached Wateralls after being very unsatisfied with another local agent. My property had been sold twice but because due diligence and simple communication was not followed they fell through. I cannot say that about Waterfalls. Just the opposite! I have been so very happy with their professionalism, continuity and most of all honest communication.
