GoogleWe had a great experience with Portico. Gorgeous flat, lovely agents and lots of support over the phone and via email whenever we needed it. Unlike a lot of London agents who are only helpful until they get your money, Portico genuinely seem to care about your experience. Very much recommended.

GoogleRecently rented a 1 bed freshly renovated flat from Portico. Excellent service from the Letting agent. When I moved in the flat I had an issue with the central heating and Portico had an engineer round to fix it in the same day. Excellent service. Would recommend.

GooglePortico were very helpful and always happy to help during the lettings process. The process was smooth and easy to understand, if we ever got stuck, they were there to help immediately. We are very happy with our new home and extremely happy with the service we have received thus far.

GooglePortico are hands down the most efficient letting agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. As a tenant I truly felt that my needs were looked after, and the agents were there for the interest of all parties, not simply the landlord(s). We had some issues upon moving in which were quickly resolved. They also waived many fees so also offered great value for money.

GoogleWorst agency I have dealt with. They are incredibly expensive for a change of name on the lease and hide fees. They also are slack at replying to emails. Negotiation stage was horrible too and very unfriendly.

GoogleTerrible estate agent being unfair to the landlord by providing a terrible property management, innacurate check out reports and wasting a lot of time to sort things out, not releasing the rent to the landlord, not returning calls or replying to emails. All this whilst the tenant pays no fees to them and they collect the fees from the landlord only. Also they retain landlord’s money by refusing to pay the rent to the landlord. Still waiting for my September rent. Would strongly recommend not to have anything to do with these guys. A bunch of amateurs as they haven’t got a bloody clue!!

GoogleI have been with Portico, previously Edmund Cude for many years and have worked with Medleen for over 5 years. She has found me great tenants with no void periods and no issues. She has helped with any property relating issues professionally and promptly. I have recommended her to friends and they also feel the same. Ive worked with many letting agents over the years but Medleen and her team have been the best by far.

Medleen is incredibly professional and incredibly knowledgeable, nothing is too much bother for her to deal with, she always manages to sort any query that might have popped up. My tenants are always happy, as am I.

GoogleI've recently moved into a property in Clapham with thanks to Bianca Grudinschi for being our agent. We first encountered Bianca through another property which we were unsuccessful in renting, though disappointing she was great with us through that set-back and even more determined to help us find the right property for us, in some fairly pressing circumstances. After a couple of viewings Bianca was able to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the right one, we're really happy settling in so far! Moving house is always a bit of a nightmare, thanks for making it as pain-free as it could be.

GoogleI have received an excellent service with these guy’s. My particular agent Jack Miles is fairly new to the team I worked with him before when he was with another company. However from the very first moment we met he was on the ball, professional, knowledgable experienced and very efficient. He had good listening skills and spent time with my family and I making sure we understood everything thoroughly. It was unfortunate my first experience with the other company was so negative in fact it turned out to be complete nightmare so I know very well the difference between poor and excellence a different class altogether Which is what I am now receiving from ‘Portico’ In my experience it’s the ‘people’ in the team that make the difference so I had absolutely no hesitation following this particular agent to his new position which matches his personal service and work ethic 100% There was no doubt in my mind I would receive what I am paying for - ‘A personal service tailored to my exact needs’. I now have new tenants in record time I might add (24hrs), contracts, references, consistent communication, etc a good balanced relationship on both sides of the coin in fact everything required to make my journey as landlord as smooth and rewarding as possible with off course happy and compatible tenants :-) I am very satisfied with ‘Portico’ and the team headed by Jack Miles and would strongly recommend their services to anyone thinking of using an agency to assist with the renting of their property. The service received from the team at the Northcote Road branch was exemplary from top to bottom. Everyone was personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a new home!

GooglePossibly one of the worst estate agents I've had to encounter, they can take a while to respond to e-mails. However we are still experiencing issues with out flat since we have moved in, even after the landlord had given the go ahead for them to fix them. They don't give the landlord any feedback on what needs doing once one of their 'handymen' have popped round to check what ever needs fixing. Honestly if you are a landlord or even a tenant I'd stay well away from portico unless you want to waste your time and money. I'll never be going with them again! They are a very disorganised bunch of people.

GoogleAfter dealing with a few agents, I finally came across Jack at Portico and I have to say the experience was amazing start to finish. Jack put me at ease straight away, with only a few weeks to find a place I was certainly anxious! Jack reassured me throughout the whole process and I actually ended up taking the first property we saw. He was never pushy and it genuinely felt like I was talking with a friend rather than an agent! I highly recommend using Portico and if you can, Jack. He really made what I thought was going to be stressful experience super easy! Thanks for helping me find my new home.
