Portico has been incredibly helpful during the entire process of letting out new flat!! This is all thanks to Brandon, who’s answered every single one of our annoying calls, and who’s offered his help at all times. From paperwork, to key release and after move-in requests, Brandon always picks up the phone and offers the most he can. This is particularly appreciated at a time where all letting agencies are busy dealing with all the move outs triggered by the change of rules. It is the third letting agency I deal with since moving to London over 6 years ago, and it is the first one that is actually honest, and helpful. Thank you Brandon!

Very disappointed with how Portico handled our TDS deposit dispute. The landlord’s evidence was successfully submitted to TDS, while the evidence we submitted through Portico’s official system was not. The whole process was confusing and raised serious concerns about how fairly and professionally deposit disputes are handled. I would not recommend renting through Portico. Tenants should be very cautious.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Ben L for a walk-in appointment. We were new to the UK and were having great difficulty getting anyone at agencies across the city to speak with us. My husband and I moved to London at the beginning of May, and one of our first priorities was finding a flat. We contacted several letting offices, but many never responded to our inquiries. I would like to say a big and heartfelt thank you to Brandon, who helped me and my husband throughout the entire process of moving into our first rental property. I remember the first call I had with Brandon. He was professional, clear, organised, and took the time to explain everything about a property I had expressed interest in viewing. I also appreciated receiving a reminder before the viewing. We met Brandon on the day of the viewing, which was an extremely hot day with back-to-back appointments taking place. Despite this, he remained approachable, friendly, and happy to answer all of our questions. We were delighted when our offer was accepted, and Brandon supported us every step of the way - from paying the holding deposit and completing the referencing checks to collecting the keys.
