We have just finished being with Portico for 2.5 years and can’t complain at all. Property manager Kadi has been amazing to deal with and they always sorted out maintenance issues quickly. Easy company to deal with!
Old review: Finlay Winters has been a real pleasure to deal with. They were able to quickly arrange a viewing for us and ensured that we could move through the referencing process as quickly as possible to meet our personal moving deadline. Being new to London we had hundreds of questions and Finlay was always quick to respond and find the answers. Finlay and Portico was a breath of fresh air from other agencies we had been dealing with!

GoogleTo both landlords and tenants: please approach positive reviews of Portico with caution. Many appear to come from accounts that have only ever reviewed this business, which raises questions about their authenticity.
Our experience with Portico has been far from five stars. We were left without hot water in our flat for 20 days and were told this was not severe enough to warrant compensation. We then spent six months chasing the issue while our emails were ignored and the associated health risk was downplayed.
This is just one of the many issues we have had with Portico over the course of our tenancy.
