I would like to say a big and heartfelt thank you to Brandon, who helped me and my husband throughout the entire process of moving into our first rental property. I remember the first call I had with Brandon. He was professional, clear, organised, and took the time to explain everything about a property I had expressed interest in viewing. I also appreciated receiving a reminder before the viewing. We met Brandon on the day of the viewing, which was an extremely hot day with back-to-back appointments taking place. Despite this, he remained approachable, friendly, and happy to answer all of our questions. We were delighted when our offer was accepted, and Brandon supported us every step of the way - from paying the holding deposit and completing the referencing checks to collecting the keys. Whenever I called or emailed, he was always patient, responsive, and thorough in answering my questions. His support helped put me at ease during what can be a very stressful process. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Brandon and Portico. As first-time renters, we had heard many horror stories about the renting process, but our experience was nothing but positive. Brandon’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication made all the difference, and we are truly grateful for all his help.

Salma was really helpful in my search for a property while being abroad. I had to request for a last minute physical viewing and she tried her best to arrange it. Very assuring and patient in explaining the process for a first time renter in UK. Regarding the agency. Everything is generally done quite well on the portico portal. However there were some poor communication between the various staff which led to some unnecessary to and fro regarding the admin matters. Otherwise, it's a reliable agent!
