Had a good experience with Portico, they helped me find a great apartment to rent and at a very good price compared to other agencies. Max gave me good advice and always answered my questions and kept me up to date on the progress of my application to rent. Francesca was also very friendly and helpful on my move in day. However, the flat managed by portico had a lot of maintenance issues which their maintenance team did not attend to in a timely manner. Inventory report was also delayed by months and this led to problems when reporting issues. The rental agreement was delivered to us the night before moving in which was unprofessional.
