Regarding the Renters Rights Bill, I’ve double-checked the details, and as stated on our website, the Renters Rights Act was passed in Parliament on 28th October 2025, and it will officially become law on 1st May 2026. It seems there may have been a misreading of the information, as our website correctly reflects these dates.

GoogleThe experience of finding a flat with Portico was not bad at all, my realtor Max was very professional and helpful.
However, my flat is managed by Portico and it is awful. The property management team is non-responsive and careless. It is nearly impossible to get any help from them.
So if you are looking for a real estate agent, I’d recommend portico. But if the property is managed by them as well - think again.
