GoogleI had very pleasant experience with Portico through Meera. Firstly, she understood my requirements and constraints with time. She accommodated multiple viewings in short time and provided good brief on each property. I really appreciate the efforts and responsiveness.

GoogleOverall we had a great experience. Our agent Runy was professional and helpful. This was our first time to rent a property in London, and Runy was patient and friendly enough to explain everything in detail. He also kept proactively asking us if we needed any help. I will recommend Portico to my friends if they want to rent properties in London.

GoogleRuny helped me find a 1 BR in Bloomsbury and thanks to Runy’s great, very efficient and always friendly and very helpful attitude, I was able to secure the place within a week from the first visit to the signing of the lease, which was record speed and even more remarkable under the circumstances of the COVID pandemic.

GooglePortico must be the most professional real estate agency in London. Everything from the viewing to the contract signing was smooth and seamless. Runy Leily went above and beyond to update me, help with the measurements and kept me up to date on the process. Home move during Covid is stressful but Runy turned it into a great experience. 5 star service- thank you.
